ABAC - Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa - Youth Aquathlon

Sunday, August 3rd at 9:00 am

This is a Pool Swim/Run event for ages 7 to 17!

The contestants will swim their laps in the Avila Bay Club & Spa's 25 yard pool,
 change into their run gear at on a grass area, then run a VERY SAFE course that is closed to thru traffic,
and very well-marked.  The run is mainly flat on asphalt with 1 mild hill on the Bob Jones Trail.

Distances by Age Group:

Ages  7-8
Swim 100 yards/Run .5 mile
Ages 9-10
Swim 150 yards/Run  1 mile
Ages 11-12
Swim 200 yards/Run 1.5 miles
Ages 13-15 
Swim 250 yards/Run 2 miles
Ages 16-17
Swim 300 yards/Run 2.5 miles

Fees:

$18 for ABAC Members or $20 for non-members at

or sign up on Race Day an additional $5.
